Welcome 
BitterSweet Retrievers is a small hobby kennel located in northeast Ohio.
Dogs here all have jobs! Some of our dogs are shown in Conformation,
while others are worked, by our daughters, in Showmanship, Rally,
Obedience or Agility competitions. Our daughters have been showing
in AKC competitions for about 3 years.
We breed about 1 litter a year, when we are ready to add another dog
to our family, or when enough past buyers are ready for that 2nd dog,
or have lost their original, "BitterSweet" retriever.
Java was able to finish his Junior Hunter title last summer and has
been started in agility. We also plan to work him towards his
Companion Dog (CD) title which will earn him his GRCA, VCX
or Versatility Excellent. Java is available to approved bitches. Please
Weaver RN, JH) and see if he might be the one for your special girl.
We are members of both Cuyahoga Valley Golden Retriever Club and
Golden Retriever Club of America.
